Eclipse Proclaim A2A: Leading the Way!
Leading case management software provider, Eclipse Legal Systems, has announced further investment in its market-leading Road Traffic Accident (RTA) claims solution.
Following The Ministry of Justice's well-publicised ruling, all RTA claims of a value less than £10,000 must be processed through a central 'Portal'. Recent Government discussion suggests that this 'Portal' method will be rolled out to wider claimant injury work, encompassing areas such as low-value Employer Liability, Public Liability and Medical Negligence.

Leading personal injury expert and spokesperson, Chris Fry, has chosen Eclipse's Proclaim Case Management solution for his new South Yorkshire-based practice, Unity Law.
Unity Law has been formed to provide a specialist service for victims of industrial disease, clinical negligence and work-related injuries. The practice commenced trading at the end of November, and has ambitious plans to carve out a niche in the Legal Services Act landscape.

Proclaim Case Management and ClaimWatch now seamlessly linked
Eclipse Legal Systems and ClaimWatch Ltd have announced seamless integration between the award-winning ClaimWatch and Eclipse Proclaim Case Management software systems.
The two products are widely regarded as market-leaders in their fields (ClaimWatch for online vehicle repair tracking, and Proclaim for management of accident and injury claims). The new integration link has undergone a successful eight-week pilot within one of the UK's largest accident repair groups, and is now available to other work providers who use Proclaim and ClaimWatch.

Continued expansion brings a new board structure at Eclipse
Leading case management software provider, Eclipse Legal Systems, has announced a new board structure on the back of continued growth.
The new structure increases the number of board-level personnel to 5, over the previous 2. Ownership of Eclipse remains jointly held by Steve Ough and Russell Thomson.

Revenue up 28% for Eclipse Legal Systems in 2009/10 trading year
Case Management software specialist, Eclipse Legal Systems, has reported record results for its 2009/10 trading year.
The firm’s previous best results came in 2008/9, when the audited turnover figure stood at £5.3million. The financial year 2009/10, which ended on 30th June, saw Eclipse announce a revenue increase of 28% to a record high of £6.8million.

Claims heavyweight, Minster Law, succeeds in embracing MoJ's new portal
Heavyweight personal injury claims law firm, Minster Law, has announced successful Application-to-Application (A2A) integration with the Ministry of Justice's (MoJ's) new RTA (Road Traffic Accident) claims process Portal.
