Ralli Ltd Solicitors chooses Proclaim Practice Management








Six-figure deal for personal injury claims software solution

Leading north-west law firm, Ralli Ltd Solicitors, is implementing the Law Society Endorsed Proclaim Practice Management Software solution from Eclipse Legal Systems.

Employing over 60 staff, Ralli provides a full range of legal services to private individuals, businesses, charities, and the security forces. The practice has a particular strength in managing personal injury claims for clients nationwide, and it is in this part of the business that Ralli will be implementing Proclaim.

The 6-figure deal incorporates the Proclaim Practice Management solution, tailored for use by the entire claims function. The integrated Proclaim ‘lead management’ system will empower Ralli to analyse and track sources of business, while offering a more streamlined and efficient client inception process. As part of the drive towards paperless working and rapid client engagement, Ralli is implementing Eclipse’s SecureDocs solution to provide online document signing in a secure browser-based environment.

In addition, Eclipse is carrying out a migration of data from both the accounting and case management systems currently in use at Ralli.

Hosted Proclaim system implemented by leading law firm

Leading south-east law firm, Centenary Solicitors, has implemented a hosted version of the Law Society Endorsed Proclaim Practice Management Software solution from Eclipse Legal Systems.

Centenary Solicitors operates from 3 offices in Greater London, Surrey and Kent. The firm provides a full range of legal services to both private and commercial clients, with a major strength in winning compensation for victims of Personal Injury – Centenary Solicitors handles matters of the highest complexity, including Brain Damage and Paraplegia.

The firm has rolled out the Proclaim Case Management Software solution throughout the Personal Injury team, ensuring a consistent approach to each case. As part of the implementation Centenary Solicitors has also adopted Proclaim's A2A (Application-to-Application) functionality to process low-value RTA (Road Traffic Accident) claims through the Government's Portal system.

To provide instant desktop access to key financial management data, Centenary Solicitors is also utilising the Proclaim Practice Management solution with integrated productivity reporting toolsets.
