Selection of Eclipse Case Management system takes Proclaim userbase to 17,000


Portsmouth practice, Andrew & Andrew, is implementing Eclipse's Proclaim Case Management Software solution. 
Established some 50 years ago, Andrew & Andrew provides a suite of legal services to individuals and businesses nationwide.  Recent expansion in the practice's consumer services teams led Andrew & Andrew to seek a suitable Case Management platform to underpin these activities.

Belfast law firm, Paschal J O'Hare Solicitors, has chosen Eclipse's Proclaim Practice Management Software system for a firm-wide rollout. Known primarily for its accident claims expertise, Paschal J O'Hare also provides an increasingly popular suite of property and probate services.  Following a review of its operations, the practice sought to implement a firm-wide solution to provide a consistent and centralised way of managing disparate matters.

COLP and COFA: Eclipse to launch Case and Practice Management compliance toolset


The UK's largest independent legal software provider, Eclipse Legal Systems, is set to launch a dedicated COLP and COFA toolset. As of 1st January 2013, authorised legal services firms must have a Compliance Officer for Legal Practice (COLP) and a Compliance Officer for Finance and Administration (COFA).  The COLP will be responsible for ensuring their firms' compliance with all its regulatory obligations, while the COFA will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the SRA Accounts Rules.

Founded as Sprostons Solicitors in 2002, the practice recently rebranded as Beacon Law in line with an ethos that aims to clarify and illuminate the injury claims process for its clients.  The firm has expanded to dominate a niche within a hugely competitive marketplace, providing a complete accident claim solution including professional negligence and animal attacks.

Ground-breaking new law firm selects Eclipse's Proclaim solution


Questus, a unique new law firm founded to manage personal injury claims for other practices on a white-label basis, has selected Eclipse's Practice Management Software system.

Questus was formed by ex-Berrymans Lace Mawer lawyers, Tony Walton and Rosalind Danson.  With a deep understanding of the claims process developed through working with some of the country's top insurers, Questus will charge a fixed fee to run claims for its law firm clients.  On setting up the new venture, it was acknowledged that the underlying Case Management software architecture would be of paramount importance.

Full-service law firm, McKeag & Co, implements Proclaim Case Management Software
