Eclipse’s Proclaim Practice Management software solution for a firm-wide
rollout.
Established in 2002, the young practice provides the full range of
legal services for its national base of clients. In preparation for the
forthcoming legislative ‘Alternative Business Structures’ change in
October, Sweeney Miller recognised the need to optimise profitability
and reduce administrative waste on each case. Following a review of the
leading legal software solutions on the market, the firm selected
Eclipse’s Proclaim system.

Another record year for Eclipse Legal Systems as turnover hits £8m
The UK’s leading Case Management Software provider, Eclipse Legal Systems, has reported record results for its 2010/11 trading year.
The firm’s previous best results came in 2009/10, when the audited turnover figure stood at £6.6million. The financial year 2010/11, which ended on 30th June, saw Eclipse announce a revenue increase of 21% to a record high of £8million.

Eclipse releases a Claims Management Solution for PPI caseloads
Leading claims management software provider, Eclipse Legal Systems, has announced a new release of its Proclaim system, specifically for Payment Protection Insurance (PPI) claims.
Following the British Bankers Association's (BBA) recent decision not to pursue further legal action over Payment Protection Insurance (PPI), all outstanding misselling cases must be settled without further delay.

Canter Levin & Berg Solicitors launches Proclaim-integrated App
Merseyside law firm, Canter Levin & Berg, has launched a workflow-led App designed to assist individuals involved in road traffic accidents.
'First Call' is available (free of charge) via iTunes for use with the iPhone and iPad. The App provides a complete accident recording and claim logging system, intended for use at the scene of an accident to capture precise details.

Claims Innovation Awards 2011 Winners!

Thousands of man hours saved through Eclipse and Premex integration
Premex Services, the UK's largest independent medico-legal services provider and market-leading legal software specialist Eclipse, have delivered the next step in process efficiency for personal injury claims.
In a move that is already saving solicitors significant time and money, Premex has integrated its online instruction and medico-legal appointment booking system Vu Direct, with Eclipse's personal injury case management system Proclaim.

Eclipse Legal Systems proclaims A2A "Release 1" rollout a success
Leading case management software provider, Eclipse Legal Systems, has announced successful rollout of its A2A "Release 1" update.
The RTA portal developer ('RTA Portal Company') has implemented a series of changes to streamline use of the system for claimant solicitors. This update is known as 'Release 1' and went live on 29th March, it being mandatory for all portal users to comply with the new system with immediate effect.
Eclipse has rolled out the 'Release 1' changes to over 100 of its RTA law firm clients, resulting in full compliance - by the stated deadline - for all Proclaim A2A users. Clients include national heavyweights through to small and high-street firms.
