14 new contract wins in March, 100% up on last year

The UK’s largest independently owned legal IT provider, Eclipse, has announced a record ‘new business’ month for March 2013.

A total of 14 organisations invested in Eclipse’s Proclaim Case and Practice Management solutions, ranging from established high-street practices through to boutique new startups and commercial operations. Among the wins were:
  • Global aviation specialist, TES Aviation – the company manages an aircraft portfolio valued in excess of $3billion and will be utilising a Proclaim In-House Legal solution
  • A leading north-west practice (currently under an NDA) investing a 6-figure sum in a full Proclaim Practice Management solution in multi-disciplinary work areas

Costs Budgeting and Management – April 2013


The UK’s largest independently owned legal IT provider, Eclipse Legal Systems, has announced new functionality for its market-leading Proclaim Case Management solution.

New budgeting requirements will be in place for multi-track cases issued after April 2013. Chief among the requirements is the necessity for practices to accurately track costs against budget, through the life of a case, in order to provide categorised breakdowns of estimated and actual costs.

Camps Solicitors implements 300-user Proclaim solution


One of the UK’s largest personal injury law firms, Camps Solicitors, has implemented Eclipse’s Proclaim Practice Management Software system for its 300 staff.

The Merseyside based national practice specialises in accident and injury claims of all types – from simple food poisoning claims through to cycle accidents, RTAs (e.g. whiplash) and complex multi-track spinal / brain cases. Lexcel accredited, the firm is also a longstanding member of MASS (the Motor Accident Solicitors Society).

Tollers Solicitors LLP selects Proclaim for 130-user rollout.

Northampton-based Tollers employs 130 staff (including 20 partners) and offers a complete portfolio of legal services for businesses and individuals.  The practice recently undertook a review of its service streams and the underpinning technologies, with a view to creating sustainable competitive advantage in the post-ABS legal sector.  
Following an evaluation of several systems, Tollers made the decision to invest in Eclipse’s Proclaim solution.
