Claims Innovation Awards 2011 Winners!

Some of the UK's most talented individuals and companies involved in the insurance and legal claims management industries were recently (5th May) applauded by their peers when the winners of the Claims Innovation Awards were announced.

Organised by Barker Brooks Media, headline sponsored by Eclipse, the glittering black tie ceremony at the Hilton Manchester Deansgate was hosted by comedian Paul Thorne of 'Bring me the Head of Light Entertainment'.

More than 300 professionals from across the insurance and legal claims management industries - from law firms and insurers to claims management companies and rehabilitation providers - gathered to acknowledge the winners and celebrate the advancements and innovations within the industry over the last year.

Thousands of man hours saved through Eclipse and Premex integration

Premex Services, the UK's largest independent medico-legal services provider and market-leading legal software specialist Eclipse, have delivered the next step in process efficiency for personal injury claims.

In a move that is already saving solicitors significant time and money, Premex has integrated its online instruction and medico-legal appointment booking system Vu Direct, with Eclipse's personal injury case management system Proclaim.

Eclipse Legal Systems proclaims A2A "Release 1" rollout a success

Leading case management software provider, Eclipse Legal Systems, has announced successful rollout of its A2A "Release 1" update.

The RTA portal developer ('RTA Portal Company') has implemented a series of changes to streamline use of the system for claimant solicitors. This update is known as 'Release 1' and went live on 29th March, it being mandatory for all portal users to comply with the new system with immediate effect.

Eclipse has rolled out the 'Release 1' changes to over 100 of its RTA law firm clients, resulting in full compliance - by the stated deadline - for all Proclaim A2A users. Clients include national heavyweights through to small and high-street firms.
